The historic Willoway Complex, formerly Sutherland Consolidated School (1921), got its name from the phrase "Where there's a will, there's a way." Today, this preserved three-story building houses an indoor pool, fitness center, city offices, and senior apartments, while maintaining touches of its educational heritage.
